About Janet Webb

I am an outpatient pediatrician caring for patients from birth through young adulthood. After three years in private practice, I transitioned into academic medicine and clinical informatics to better align clinical care with systems-level impact. As a Clinical Informatics Fellow, I’ve led and contributed to projects focused on improving care delivery, optimizing provider workflows, and supporting governance-level decision-making. These include the implementation of e-visits with multilingual support and metrics design, preference list standardization across departments, SmartTool development for reproductive goals counseling, and data-driven recommendations for nutrition care pathways.I am passionate about leveraging informatics to align technology with frontline clinical workflows, reduce friction for providers, and advance patient-centered care. I’m particularly interested in roles that bridge clinical operations, data strategy, and digital health innovation.
