I am a highly driven individual who loves a challenge. I am currently working in hospitality which has allowed me to interact with different people from all over the world. I have been able to use and improve my interpersonal communication skills through my work at Juniper Springs. I have previously worked in customer service which has allowed me to work in a fast pass environment while learning to adapt to whatever challenges I face. I am a problem solver and will always do my best for customer satisfaction. Additionally, I have bookkeeping and payroll clerk experience while also studying business at Cal Poly Pomona for two years. I have been part of a research study with Cal Poly Pomona in which I collected data on people and how they have dealt with the events of Covid-19. I take pride in my reliability and punctuality when it comes to the work I do.
