I have also obtained multiple certifications in networking technologies and best practices, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.As a Network Engineer at ICT Authority, I monitor the network connectivity of various clients, ensuring optimal performance and security. I update hardware and software, prepare reports, and troubleshoot issues. I also design and support public WiFi projects, using network management tools such as Imaster, and Navgis. I have successfully delivered several public WiFi initiatives, increasing internet access and user satisfaction.
