About Janey Garrison

I began my career in customer service as a secretary. Worked my way up to an account executive, senior account executive, supervisor and manager of customer service. I have always had the believe we should treat the customer as we would want to be treated. I've made many close and personal friends with my customers. I believe my employees should be treated with the utmost respect. Keeping your employees happy keeps them for the long haul. Delegating makes them feel important in lieu of simply telling them what to do. I've had a successful relationship with our outside sales representatives as well as vendors. I am willing to step up and accept new responsibilities. Staying engaged internally as well as externally is important to me. I volunteer for different committees in my firm. It's important to listen to whomever wishes to express their opinions. I have knowledge of various erp programs and over the years have successfully trained others on new ones. I have conducted training seminars and tours of our facility. I currently manage a call center of 25 people locally and abroad.
