Result oriented, with over 10 years of experience in software development and quality assurance. I have led teams across multiple countries and driven change initiatives in agile development, test automation, and process improvement. By combining strategic leadership with hands-on expertise, I deliver scalable, stable, and secure solutions that create business value. With a solid technical background, I’m comfortable navigating complex technical discussions, even if I’m not hands-on coding. I naturally take on leadership roles and enjoy coaching and empowering teams to move forward and deliver results. Efficiency is key to how I work. I focus on getting things done, on time and with the right quality. I have worked exclusively with agile development methods throughout my career. I strongly advocate for automation in all stages of the development process. Repetitive tasks should be automated—something I consistently push for, even when it’s easy to overlook. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking long walks with my dogs, diving into the occasional game, and, most importantly, spending quality time with my family.
