I am an established leader with twenty (20) years of legal experience as a senior commercial and managing attorney with a large distributor in the technology industry (Arrow Electronics), the world’s leading engine manufacturer (GE Aviation) and a prominent aircraft finance and leasing business (GECAS). My transactional expertise, technical engineering background and strong business acumen enable me to add value as a trusted advisor to executive teams. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate complex domestic and international transactions. I have served as lead counsel for a wide variety of sales, services, sourcing, financing, leasing and technology transactions with successful results. I am known as a skilled drafter and negotiator who effectively evaluates and mitigates legal risks.
