We don’t do dull….we don’t ‘tick boxes’…we think outside them. We listen to your challenges and tailor our courses so they hit your specific needs, using a team of highly experienced, energetic and impactful trainers. Why me? Back in my 20s, I was loving life, burning the candle at both ends. I didn’t even know there was such a thing as an off button. I then caught a viral infection. Within 3 months I was bedbound, and forced to use a wheelchair as I was too weak to walk. My immune system couldn’t cope and I was at total burn out. Small improvements were followed by severe relapses for the next 14 years. I refused to believe the professionals who told me I would never recover. I simply believed I hadn’t found the way yet. After much exploration and experimenting, I discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming and Mindfulness…these were the things that got me better after nearly 14 years of incapacity. I now have a full life, splitting my time between the UK and Gibraltar. This year I got my yachting license and spent three months skiing in Austria. I am on a mission to ensure others don’t go down a similar route. I want to ensure people have the skills that make all the difference and enable them to thrive and cope with life in general.
