Professional positioning and the impact it can have on someone's career is the focus of my professional world - business schools, universities, executives, students, pupils and their parents plus careers websites and sector organisations looking to promote careers in their field. For educational organisations - principally business schools - I design and deliver full career development programmes typically to support FT and Executive MBAs. I coach and work with executives and students on their own professional positioning for their target market / role, help them translate that into positioning 'on paper' with their CVs, online with LI profiles and in person in interviews. As a careers editor I support organisations looking to create and deliver careers content projects - websites, publications, careers guides. For schools, parents and school-age pupils, I've worked as a schools careers adviser, and with UCAS on the A'level Exam Results Helpline.
