I deeply know that organizations have untapped people-potential. Why? I grew my career while pursuing my HR/OD education, giving me the unique opportunity to live what I studied. And I know - I really know - it comes down to getting the people-thing right. Compliance, total rewards, talent, organizational structure, development of people and organizations, change management - all of these directly impact full people-engagement. I understand that as the world of work changes. be it technology, global reach, flexible work, or unconscious beliefs. people centered strategies and solutions need to be equally adaptive. Life science, non-profit, insurance, hospitality -these are some of the industries I've worked in, partnering with managers and leaders to implement what's right for their organization.
