My strengths are catalyzing, ideating, and relationship building. I like to play upstream, align cross-functional teams and strategic partners. I create concepts and narrative, believe in the power of user research, and can manage everything downstream. I ask great questions and I leverage connecting the dots around opportunity and ideas, across diverse peoples. I thrive amidst transparent communication and authentic vision, where the level of direct feedback reflects investment in each other's growth, together. In my prior life as a filmmaker, I sought to understand people by observing hidden and overlooked emotional lives and situations, and weaving those insights into human stories. That led me to product design—stories, ideas, experiences. I'm interested in public/public-ish spaces and service design, in communities, civic design. But—every digital product should be thinking about space, anyway -)
