About Janice Cunningham

Janice C. Cunningham, CCIM, CRE, CPM is a licensed real estate broker, has earned the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) Counselor of Real Estate (CRE®) and she is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management, all of which are international organizations affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, Janice holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from Humboldt State University. She performs investor and user-based analysis, tenant retention strategies, site selection studies, asset management, disposition analysis, due diligence/escrow management, brokerage and leasing/lease review. Janice is actively involved in commercial brokerage and commercial property management as she oversees all divisions within the corporation. She is a graduate of Leadership Redding, a member of Redding Rotary, a member of the Mercy Medical Center Community Advisory Board, a member of the Simpson University advisory council, past Chairperson and current member of the Turtle Bay Exploration Park Board of Trustee’s and has completed service in a City council-appointed position on the General Plan Update Committee.
