I am an International Business honors student at Amsterdam University of Applied Science with strong intercultural communication abilities. I consider myself to be extroverted, ambitious, optimistic, responsible and flexible. At LEADGENES B.V, I am a marketing advertiser that focuses on performance-driven skills and concentrates on developing strong client relationships. In addition to a performance-based marketing network for lead generation campaigns, I specialize in cutting-edge online lead generation strategies, data collection, and monetisation. I enjoy marketing because it enables me to keep enduring ties with my audience. Next to that, it gives me the chance to develop my leadership skills, competitiveness, accountability, and responsibility. I work hard to develop these soft and hard skills as much as possible in order to be the best version of myself. I believe success depends on self-improvement since it helps me develop my abilities and makes me more authentic. I am highly motivated by the idea of improving one's self-concept since I think having a positive self-image is key to building a strong brand in any industry. I think it is critical to cultivate a new mindset and new values in order to get different results. I also credit my resourceful working style for my love of learning. I've learned through experience to take advantage of possibilities, risky or not. Marketing and global communication, in my opinion, fosters a growth attitude, competitive leadership, performance-driven skills, responsibility and accountability that is people-driven. Additionally, I am also multilingual as a fluent speaker of languages like Dutch, English, and Spanish. Furthermore, I enjoy traveling because it challenges me, lets me discover new places, and teaches me more about cultural variety.
