I specialise in stress management, burnout, leadership development, mental health and wellbeing. Working across a range of sectors, which spans start-ups to industry-leading, multi-national corporations, I am a qualified coach with a passion for integrating authentic leadership and helping individuals and businesses excel at teamwork, leadership skills, stress management, recruitment, outplacement, wellbeing and work-life balance. My qualifications include: • Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development • BSc (Hons) in Psychology • MA in Psychotherapy • MBA from Henley Management College • Fully-qualified as a Coach and Master Practitioner in NLP. Psychometrics, including SHL OPQ, EI & The Leadership Circle 360 • Qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and a Psychotherapy Counsellor. ICF member and Fellow of the Association for Coaching. Member of the British Psychological Society I am currently in the writing up stage of my PhD in Organisational Health and Wellbeing through Lancaster University, exploring gender differences in the coping strategies Executives have for dealing with psychological job strain and stress. I established Morgan Redwood in 2007 providing services in coaching and leadership development. Coaching programs are tailored to needs and each facilitated workshop is bespoke to your organisation.
