With over 30 years’ experience in business, strategic and operational HR, I am an Executive Coach, business advisor and mentor. I specialise in stress management, burnout, leadership development, mental health and wellbeing. Working across a range of sectors, which spans start-ups to industry-leading, multi-national corporations, I am a qualified coach with a passion for integrating authentic leadership and helping individuals and businesses excel at teamwork, leadership skills, stress management, recruitment, outplacement, wellbeing and work-life balance. My qualifications include: • Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development • BSc (Hons) in Psychology • MA in Psychotherapy • MBA from Henley Management College • Fully-qualified as a Coach and Master Practitioner in NLP. Psychometrics, including SHL OPQ, EI & The Leadership Circle 360 • Qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and a Psychotherapy Counsellor. ICF member and Fellow of the Association for Coaching. Member of the British Psychological Society I am currently in the writing up stage of my PhD in Organisational Health and Wellbeing through Lancaster University, exploring gender differences in the coping strategies Executives have for dealing with psychological job strain and stress. I established Morgan Redwood in 2007 providing services in coaching and leadership development. Coaching programs are tailored to needs and each facilitated workshop is bespoke to your organisation. I believe that success can be achieved through authenticity, open, honest communications and with specific programmes based on your culture and circumstances. To deliver that, I work with an amazing team of professionals that are dedicated to supporting others. Mental health and occupational stress pose risks to all businesses, which is why taking a proactive approach to your employees’ development and wellbeing is the first step in creating a positive culture, reducing staff turnover and decreasing the risk of compensation claims.
