About Janice John

I have worked over 44 years in customer service related fields and the last 21 years has been in a customer service call center/ Provider services. I am confident in my abilities to manage, coach, delegate and work with both union and management employees. I am highly motivated and work well in a team or on my own. I have worked in the capacity of Day Care Assistant, Retail Clerk, Registered Dental Assistant, Dental Office Manager, Customer Service Agent and Claims Auditor. I was also Team Lead for Delta Dental of California for 11 years and now hold the position of Provider Network Ambassador for the Provider Relations Department. I graduated High School in 1980 and from Western Career College in 1982 as a Registered Dental Assistant. I have also had additional courses throughout my career such as Computer Training, Compliance Training, Systems Awareness, Sexual Harassment, Ergonomics Training and Business Writing
