About Janice Lamb

My passion in my work is to make a difference by working for both the people (customers and team members) and the organisation to enable continual growth. I have been privileged to work over the past 10 years in large scale organisations focusing on knowledge management, service delivery, customer service/customer operations management and asset administration. These roles have enabled me to develop a very broad range of high-level transferrable business skills and knowledge across multiple functions, including managing the customer experience and journey, implementing process improvements, connecting with people and creating a sense of community. Across all roles I ensured a positive experience for both customers and business to business relationships. I am known for being an excellent problem solver with strong organisational skills, facing challenges head on and embracing change. I pride myself in being a self-starter, motivated, capable, and hard worker who delivers on commitments. Able to work across multiple workstreams, I can add significant value to business operations.
