An experienced banker, knowledgeable in every aspect of branch operations and success. Banking has literally been a part of my entire life. Learning from behind the teller line, I have learned to lead, service, and bring success from every position within the branch. Sales success has been defined by well-developed listening skills and matching the products and services of my bank to the needs of my customers. It didn’t matter if I was referring as a teller or selling on the platform, by always seeking the best for my customers and involving the skills of my team and my bank my customers have succeeded and so have I. Named as Teller of the Year for 1st Tennessee Bank, meant not only referring and handling transactions efficiently, but also having a deep understanding of branch operations which gives me the ability to spot problems and deal with them before they become an issue. Leadership for some is a course they took in training. As a trained violinist, I have been leading groups since middle school to perform as one and bring the best product to listeners. There is no better way to guarantee success in branch banking than to have the complete understanding of the branch environment I have gained over the last 10 years and then drawing them together to bring the best product and experience to my customers.
