About Janice Redmond

As a Senior Manager of Corporate Development at Canada West Land, I work with our team on the strategic growth and diversification of one of the leading land services providers in Western Canada. With over 18 years of experience in the energy sector, I have a proven track record of delivering value-added solutions to clients across the industry spectrum, from administration and operations to negotiations and stakeholder relations. I am passionate about advancing the sustainability and innovation of the energy sector, and I leverage my skills and knowledge to support the development of renewable and alternative energy projects. I am also committed to fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within my team and the organization, as well as building strong partnerships with external stakeholders and industry associations. I am currently pursuing my MBA degree, while also serving as the Past President of the Canadian Association of Land and Energy Professionals and the Chapter Lead of Women in Renewable Energy in Calgary.
