Today, as President of Produce8, Janice is shaping the future of digital work. She leads with a clear mission: to empower knowledge workers with insights that elevate productivity, well-being, and collaboration. Under her guidance, Produce8 is redefining what it means to work better—not just more. Janice’s leadership style is rooted in curiosity, courage, and clarity. She joined Produce8 as COO in 2023, where she implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to scale operations and align cross-functional teams. The nickname “Super J” was born during her Executive MBA journey at the Telfer School of Management—a reflection of her ability to unify people, clear obstacles, and inspire meaningful progress. She brings that same energy and drive to every challenge she takes on. Before Produce8, Janice served as President & COO at Fully Managed, leading transformational change in operational efficiency, customer success, and employee engagement. Earlier in her journey, she helped shape the channel ecosystem at N-able Technologies, where she was recognized as a CRN Channel Chief for her leadership in go-to-market execution.
