About Janice Smith

They call me Jan "Hat" Smith because I wear a hat almost daily(Pageboy & Fedora's are my favorite). I became a Realtor 15 years ago and I love it! I am a graduate of GSU/ Armstrong Savannah and came from a diverse social services background working in Prisons and Children's Homes. In a totally different direction, I truly enjoyed being the MC (and occasional entertainer) at my Singers and Song Writer's Concert Hall, Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre and Tea Room.so much fun! While there, I also assisted hundreds in getting married in my Wedding Chapel before choosing to become a Realtor. I am looking for something a bit more fulfilling or exciting these days. Even part time would work as I may possibly continue in some form of real estate while enjoying something fresh and new, time permitting of course.
