Hi, My name is Janice Smith, Partner Agent of Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents, covering CRO, CR7 and SE25 postcodes and I am passionate about property! With over 20 years experience in the property industry working in development of social housing, then branching out to estate agency dealing with residential sales, lettings and property management, there's nothing I like more than to seal a deal and make my clients happy. Having a keen eye to detail plus the added benefit of 10 years experience in quality assurance and being a qualified CQF Assessor in Customer Services, Sales, Lettings & Property Management, and the added bonus of having excellent negotiation skills makes me the Agent to list your property with. I have an established track record having worked with most of the High Street Agents, but at Benjamin Stevens, we believe in a very person centred approach when it comes to buying, selling or renting your home. Unlike the large high street branches, we offer a bespoke one to one service where you will have direct contact with the same person throughout the whole process, guiding you, advising where necessary but most of all, listening to your wishes and following through with all your requests. No having to call various departments for progress reports or updates, I am available to my clients when most agents are closed to answer any last minute questions or concerns.
