About Janie Brown

My role as a Services Manager focuses on enabling our wider Commercial sales team to increase services sales and opportunities across the North Island. This has given me the opportunity to help support, train and influence our team to not only understand services, but the difference it makes to our business and customers. As our Commercial Services division is still in its infancy, I have had the pleasure of identifying, building and launching new services "products" with both internal and external stakeholders across our business and commercial sectors. Building these services opened the doors to work with and support many clients across the country, including, Blind Low Vision NZ. The proudest work I've achieved to date was building, implementing and training our wider technical team to support the Blind Low Vision community transition to their online library.
