I have been in sales my entire professional career from my humble beginnings with several companies at the Tacoma Mall to ultimately various management positions at Nordstrom. After retail sales from clothing to furniture design, I landed with real estate and have been successfully helping buyers and sellers achieve their home ownership dreams for the past 25 plus years from WA to CA. When people ask me what it is that sets me apart from other agents, I say it all really depends. Just as all agents are different, so are all clients. I do my best to understand the different needs and wants of each client so I can best help their individual needs. In other words, I find out their “why” and work hard to help them achieve the goal. If a strong internet presence is important to a seller, I make sure that is done. If the client isn’t comfortable with electronic signatures and needs an in person explanation, I will take care of them. I pride myself in truly caring about each person I help and taking the time to carefully explain things that often get taken for granted that buyers or sellers “should know”. Longevity in the business has afforded me knowledge with trust sales, pre foreclosure, new construction, condos, first time buyers, relocation, investing and more! I am only as good as my last sale and try to learn something from every client and every transaction. I have recently joined EXP Realty which affords me so many opportunities to help service my clients.
