Background

About Janie Soehl

I’m a natural leader and team player who thrives in high-performance environments and brings a multifaceted approach to everything I do. With an eclectic career rooted in small business ownership, marketing, personal training, coaching, and high-ticket sales, I’ve developed a unique ability to connect with people, solve problems creatively, and drive results through relationship-first strategies. What sets me apart is my ability to meet people where they are while leading them with confidence toward where they want to go. Whether I’m closing deals, coaching clients, or collaborating with a team, I show up with energy, integrity, and a “we’re in this together” mentality. My experience spans the fitness, wellness, and personal development spaces, and I’ve consistently exceeded sales targets while creating deep, lasting impact. I’m just as comfortable building rapport on a sales call as I am building a brand, mentoring a team, or designing a growth strategy. I operate on instinct, experience, creativity and data—and I’m always up for a challenge that pushes me and the people around me to the next level. Let’s connect if you’re looking for someone who brings leadership, heart, and passion to the table.
