My current position is an Administrative Assistant at a multi-doctor medical practice where I hold a supportive role in a professional and challenging environment. I take care of routine tasks which enables upper management to focus on other responsibilities. I have shown my competency in handling logistics for patient scheduling, documentation, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. During my tenure, I have quickly learned and adapted to three different electronic medical systems, ensuring that office flow and function was maintained. I have prior experience in an accounting firm, where I worked my way up from entry level to having my own set of clients for which I was responsible. I also held the role of administrative assistant to my son’s lacrosse coach for four years.
