Hello! My name is Janielle Bilello and I recently received my Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, graduating from Southwestern College in Chula Vista, CA. Furthering my education, I am currently a senior at San Diego State University, majoring in marketing with a specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications. Regarding my work profile, I acquire over 4 years experience in sales and customer service, working at two large retail corporations, Walmart and Grocery Outlet. My roles at these jobs included being a digital shopper at Walmart Inc, as well as prepping inventory, stocking/zoning items, operating the registers, etc, at both retail locations. As of now, I serve as a Project Assistant for the HR Benefits Team through the San Diego Community College District, where I fulfill the administrative duties of onboarding new hires and promotions, setting up employee benefits, contributions, deductions and fees in our software system, assisting those in the resignation process, updating payroll records such as name and address changes, and maintaining benefits and personnel files, etc. I am currently seeking an internship related to my field of study.
