About Janik Meyer

For me, empathy, loyalty and trust are essential values that shape collaboration and have a decisive influence on the success of organizations. These principles create a basis for sustainable relationships and promote an inclusive corporate world. In my role as Management Assistant at DATEV, I am committed to a diverse working environment, equal participation for all and the establishment of dialog spaces with the Executive Board on a daily basis. I support my boss in organizational and technical matters. I am a strategic and operational partner for him and ensure that I relieve him as much as possible. I received the “Best Young Professional” award for my commitment. Looking back on my time at DATEV, I am always amazed at how much I was able to experience and learn. DATEV offers me the space to develop my creativity and reflect on my actions in exchange with colleagues, which enables me to constantly develop myself further. I am currently completing a Master's degree in International Management with a focus on strategic marketing and global branding at IU International University, while gaining valuable insights through shadowing in Corporate Communications. In addition, I support students at various universities in learning how to write academic papers.
