I’m passionate about enabling people and organizations to drive meaningful change. As Manager of the Systemiq Change Academy, I help shape and deliver learning experiences that empower colleagues to lead system transformation across clean energy, circular materials, and sustainable land use. With a background in strategy and systems thinking, I combine conceptual clarity with a pragmatic, people-centered approach. I lead a dynamic team, design and facilitate core training programs, and collaborate across the organization to embed personal and professional development into our culture. What drives me? Seeing people grow, creating learning spaces that are both impactful and joyful, and turning big ideas into actionable strategies. My work has contributed to the development of ~400 colleagues and the establishment of a self-organized, purpose-driven Academy team. I thrive in environments where curiosity, collaboration, and creativity are valued—and where learning is seen as a catalyst for change.
