I have solid and successful experience developed for over 20 years in managing Telecommunications and IT projects. My scope of work includes Outsourcing of services, Telecom, Network, Data Center, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, IoT and mapping of critical points for the continuous improvement of processes and results. I highlight that I am always looking for evolution and, recently, I completed an Executive Training course in Project Management, which was live and preparatory to the PMP certification). I am a self-managed, competent, organized, persistent, engaged, entrepreneurial professional, with a strong sense of responsibility, sense of ownership and humility. My duties include planning, controlling, executing and finalizing projects, applying the best practices of PMI, PMBOK 6 and 7, Scrum, Kanban, ISO/IEC ITIL V4 and LGPD. My work is guided by clear and objective communication, commitment, sparkle in the eyes and passion for achieving high quality results. I carry out transparent, ethical and integrated management, also acting as an Executive Leader and in Servant Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. I seek efficiency in performance, quality and productivity to make our organization more competitive. Among my responsibilities, I highlight project management with predictive, hybrid and agile approaches. I represent the company with clients, strengthening relationships, influencing and co-creating value in the delivery of projects. Furthermore, I am always looking for new business opportunities. I have experience in project management based on the areas of knowledge and processes recommended by PMI and PMBOK, covering scope, schedule, costs, quality, communication, risks, stakeholders, resources, acquisition and integration.
