I’m a Registered Nurse and nationally board certified Health and Wellness Coach with certifications in Culinary Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine and Yoga. As a Registered Nurse, I’ve come to realize that the “healthcare“ system is broken as more people suffer with chronic diseases that can be addressed with evidence based lifestyle interventions that don’t require medications and high premiums. With coaching, I empower clients to take control of their health, whether they are looking to manage, prevent or reverse chronic conditions, or simply up-level their overall health and happiness.
