As a Principal at Aeris Resources, I lead the strategic direction, maintenance management, sustaining and growth capital projects, business improvement, and risk analysis for the infrastructure and facilities of the mining company. With over a decade of board level experience across various industries, I have the ability to deliver great leadership through achieving results, managing people, preparing for the future, and developing capability. I am also a certified compliance and ethics professional (CCEP-I) and hold a master's degree in engineering management. I have superior interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and can influence, build credibility, and trust across all organizational and board levels. I am passionate about engineering disciplines and their applications to mining and its associated industries and suppliers, and I serve as the chairperson of MEMMES Western Chapter, a special interest group that encourages research, development, and education programs that benefit the industry.
