I provide support to districts using Performance Matters as a senior lead technical support engineer. As a Clinical Education Coordinator I work closely with school districts and students to ensure that students achieve a Florida Professional Teaching Certificate. As an implementation consultant I assist clients in the implementation of the educational technology product and provide training to all staff. I have worked as an Instructional Designer and trainer I determine training needs, then design, develop, implement and evaluate adult trainings for a large central Florida school district implantation of a new Student Information System called Skyward. These trainings are face-to-face and also online using a Learning Management System, Canvas.I work cooperatively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop the training content, then use tools such as uPerform, Microsoft Office Products, Office 365 (email, Project, Teams, Sharepoint, calendar, etc), and SnagIt. Also, I am involved in Quality Assurance as I review other trainer's documents. Over the years I have assisted teachers to increase student engagement across the district and within the schools using interactive whiteboards, virtual worlds, Google Docs of Education, augmented reality, iPads, laptops, and social media tools. I have designed and developed training for teachers so they can develop skills for them to improve student engagement and increase student learning. These trainings are face-to-face, just in-time coaching, modeling, and online course development using a LMS.I have extensive experience working with adults who present to training with many varied skills and background knowledge. I develop and design online trainings that I share across the district, as well as face-to-face and online trainings for one particular campus based on a needs analysis.
