Established in we deliver expert lift maintenance, repairs, modernisation, and installation services backed by a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and technical excellence. We currently manage over 1,400 live service contracts and support clients across a wide range of sectors—from social housing and commercial sites to some of the UK’s most iconic and secure locations, including Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, and MI6 Headquarters. Our in-house engineers are NVQ Level 3 & 4 certified, supported by our own training centre, 24/7 emergency response teams, and advanced digital systems such as BigChange for real-time reporting, compliance, and scheduling. With a £2M stock of parts and fully equipped teams, we’re ready to reduce lift downtime. Liftworks achieved 100% KPI performance with Sainsbury’s in the London region—a company first.
