I’m 15 years into my SAP journey, having held roles across Business Operations (ANZ), Training and Adoption (ANZ and APJ) and currently Customer Success (NZ). Thanks to the international presence of SAP I have been fortunate to enjoy roles working across the Asia Pacific Region, with my last role managing the APJ Commercial Deals Desk for Training and Adoption. I have recently returned to a NZ focused role, working as a Customer Success Partner with our amazing SuccessFactors customers here in Aotearoa. SuccessFactors was a natural progression for me, with a genuine passion for customer and employee experience, people and culture, diversity and inclusion and development of emerging talent.
