My studies in sociology, psychology, and law at John Jay deepen my understanding of human behavior, equipping me to contribute meaningfully in any role.In hospitality, sales, and education, I have developed a diverse skill set. As a receptionist at Regal Cleaning Post Construction, I effectively converted inquiries into leads and resolved customer issues to drive sales. At Juice Press Co, I led high-performing teams, optimizing processes to achieve over 800 daily sales while exceeding targets. During my internship at Young Excellence Society Inc, I provided administrative support, child care, coordinated events, and fostered strong relationships in a bilingual environment. These experiences sharpened my leadership, communication, and customer service skills, preparing me to excel in any role.
