Originally based in downtown Chicago, she began her journey assisting buyers in finding their dream homes, tailored precisely to fit their needs. In addition, she has worked closely with sellers, helping them list and sell their beloved single-family homes. Throughout the years, her passion for home remodeling, commonly known as flipping, has grown exponentially. She’d acquired an in-depth knowledge of design and renovation, allowing her to offer valuable insights and advice to clients interested in this exciting aspect of the market. Additionally, her collaboration with renowned home builders has afforded a comprehensive understanding of new home sales. While working in Chicago, Janis had the opportunity to partner with several developers on large-scale condo projects. From their inception to the final sale of each unit, she was deeply involved in the process, including selecting finishes and implementing effective marketing strategies. These diverse experiences have provided her with an extensive skill set, enabling her to handle everything from condos, investment properties to luxury mansions. After a fulfilling tenure in Chicago, Janis made the exciting decision to move to Arizona a decade ago. “I immediately fell in love with the rich culture and unique charm that defines this vibrant state.
