About Janki Dalal

Hello, I'm Dr. Janki Dalal Throughout my clinical journey, it became evident that many people, including myself, have been made to feel shame regarding our mind and body- Especially those of us from marginalized communities. We learn to stop trusting ourselves, preventing true healing. It is my passion to provide exceptional care that actively challenges shame, is trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally sensitive. My specialties are mental and menstrual health, along with other associated concerns such as insomnia, chronic pain, fatigue, PCOS, thyroid disease, IBS, and more. Currently, I see private patients through a virtual practice and teach mental health related courses to future naturopathic physicians. I received my medical training from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, AZ, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from University of South Carolina. I received additional training in adolescent mental health and have guest lectured on mindfulness techniques for adolescents and youth suicide prevention.
