About Janmeet Dhami

A dedicated and enthusiastic professional with a strong foundation in biological sciences, with a master's degree in Biological Engineering and a bachelor's degree in biotechnology engineering. My academic background has provided me with an in-depth expertise in various fields such as microbiology, fermentation sciences, and quality control, complemented by hands-on research experience in wet lab studies. My Bachelor's project focused on the determination of antibiotic activity from a novel compound using techniques such as disk diffusion analysis and UV spectroscopy to assess antimicrobial activity, as well as investigating the urease activity based on literature findings. During my master's research, I investigated beer fermentation looking into methods to improve microbial activity and fermentation conditions for higher-quality products. I conducted experiments involving microbial growth monitoring, fermentation kinetics, and quality analysis, deepening my understanding of bioprocessing and industrial fermentation applications. I am passionate about process optimization, quality control, and bioprocessing technologies and continuously seek opportunities to apply my technical expertise in dynamic and innovative environments. With a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in both research and production, I am eager to contribute to industries focused on biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and food production.
