ü Over 15 years of experience in the areas of operation & maintenance, resource planning and control, project management, technical support and liaison work. ü Experience in preparation & evaluation of design & engineering aspects for new projects & modification jobs in existing plant starting from conceptualization & initial feasibility study, detail engineering till commissioning & performance monitoring of the job as per approved standard codes & practices. ü Preparation of project schedule using MS project, scope of work, cost estimate, bill of material along with relevant specification in form of tender inquiry ü Research, Validate and introduce best mechanical preventive, productive & proactive maintenance practices and execution/implementation of reliability centered maintenance management. Complete planning of all the resources (i.e. Spares, manpower, tools & tackles, special tools, consumables etc.) for timely execution of overhauling/maintenance of equipment. ü Preparation of equipment maintenance strategies. Preparation of reports/presentations for key performance indicators for maintenance/project teams (i.e. Mean time between failures, total repair cost/equipment, Preparation of work execution report i.e. S-curve, work actually executed verses plan.). Provide technical support to maintenance team to devise the strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators, identification of bad actors and initiate actions to remove it. ü Spare parts management of equipment for routine maintenance as well as planned shutdown (Turn around jobs), Vendor evaluation, Preparation of department budget, Budgetary estimates & justification for retrofit/Up gradation/Shut down jobs. ü Ensuring plant reliability of rotating equipments by developing “Equipment reliability programs” utilizing various Condition monitoring techniques Preparation of reports/presentations related key plant reliability issues. Specialties: I am Mechanical engineer with MBA in finance discipline. I am having more than 15 years of experience in “Project/Mechanical Maintenance of rotating/static equipment” installed in power plant, Petrochemicals, Oil & gas & fertilizer industries. Presently I am working as “Senior Engineer - Rotating equipment” in “Bahrain National Gas Company” in Bahrain from March 2009.
