As an Executive Program Manager and Superintendent Admin at National Guard Bureau, I oversee command programs, campus scheduling, and serve as a critical alternate for all CCY/Senior Enlisted Leader roles, ensuring uninterrupted operations. I have more than 15 years of experience in leading and managing complex projects and programs in the emergency services and homeland security field, with a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) degree from Central Michigan University. I am passionate about fostering effective collaboration with internal and external organizations, as well as developing innovative processes and streamlined procedures that contribute significantly to operational efficiency. As a Lead Voting Assistance Officer (VAO) and a Second Lieutenant at Civil Air Patrol, I also demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, as well as a commitment to service and excellence. I am proficient in Microsoft Word and other software applications, and have extensive knowledge of the government and nonprofit sectors.
