About Janne Talka

Some time ago I realized the reasons for my successes; helping others to shine and to excel. I also realized the reasons for some of the downfalls: taking unnecessarily large role just to keep things moving. Work is team effort at the end of the day. Laugh & Learn. We also had discussions about salaries and employee development plans. I always mention that company pays you twice. First is the monthly salary you get with normal effort. Second one is much larger one and it takes personal responsibility to keep learning and growing; with this second payment you can strive to do bigger things, and maybe even get paid better. It all starts with personal development and from realizing the second payment, interval and size, is mostly in your own hands. Specialties: Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Development, Technical Vendor Audits, Quality Management, Risk Management, Best Practice activities, Lean and Six Sigma experience, Data Analytics Development, and Product Creation. I love working with people but also love to have personal work to dive into.
