About Jannick Ringius

My strength is commitment, loyalty, persistence, the desire to learn new exciting things and thrive in a versatile everyday life with the ability to talk and speak with many different people. There are three areal to "my life" that all must balance for me to function at my best. Family, leisure and work. Well-being in all three areas is what gives me progression, courage, desire and the ability to smile. That's why I persist in keeping the family my absolute priority, enjoying my time with computers/technology, my life as a re-enactor of the Viking-age with commitment and historical interest. I emphasize a good working environment to thrive, with room to be human and not being thought of as a machine, in order to do my best for my employer. Scared yet? I know I’m blunt, but I really only do write what most of your workforce think, but doesn’t say aloud. Freedom and responsibility, with a good team of colleagues and a workplace that values ​​its staff. Is where I thrive and where I can give my best every day. I am fluid in Danish, Swedish and English, written and spoken, enjoy talking and helping the customer/client find the solution he/she needs. Inclusion in the work and the processes that exist underpin the willingness and ability to give just a little extra, every day. I don’t work well within established frameworks and rules, but I like to follow a slack guideline - responsibly. Around, above, below and beside, as much as possible must be explored to ensure I have done the best I could in a given situation, for the customer as it reflects positively back on the company. With that comes learning and with learning more opportunities. Sales and consulting is where my experience lies. If there is something I haven't tried before, I can probably do that too - yes, it's positive to have a "Pipi" approach to life, leisure and work. It is essentially about seeing opportunities and solutions, rather than focusing on boundaries and limitations.
