About Jannick Steffensen

My core competence is to understand a company’s needs or challenges and thereby help them to an enhanced success. I am as a person, someone who can work well under pressure and at the same time maintain an overwatch of the bigger picture. I always take an active approach in solving problems with a can-do attitude and not dwelling on dilemmas. I have a keen eye for details and solutions. As a Security Supervisor for a large team of security officers, I am responsible for recruting and training personal in incident management, emergency responce and CCTV investigations among other things. Ensuring compliance with company policies as well as security and safety regulations. Maintaining communication between internal departments as well as authorities, contractors and service partners. As team leader and the responsible party for signing off on cargo planes in WFS I always made sure that everything I handed over and or signing off was at the highest quality. I’m very easily adaptable to change and new working environments as I have worked in different sectors and positions throughout my career so far. I’ve never been presented with tasks or a challenge that I wasn’t ready to take on and handle firmly with a positive outcome.
