About Janusz Cichowski

My research and development attitude began forming within more than 10 EU R&D projects which I had a pleasure to work with during my PhD course at Gdańsk University of Technology. Hours spent on researching and experimental work combined with reading and writing scientific articles motivated me to move into business domain to start realizing ideas and creating new "things" for people and industry. Since more than 8 years I have a pleasure to build and run the R&D Team which is inventing and delivering state of the art solutions for food industry. Scope of research we are facing on daily basis consists of Internet of Things, Human Machine Interfaces, Cloud Solutions, Embedded Systems Design, Electronic Design, Process Control System Design, Sensors and Telemetry, Wireless Communication, Voice Control and Solutions' Security and Robustness. During the years I learned that the best idea has only chance to be realized when there are motivated people behind, eager to transform ideas into reality. The biggest value of my work are the People which I met and which I am working with. Leading the team of engineers who create the "value" which neither of them can create alone is the most satisfactory part.
