I have over four years of experience in developing and delivering training plans, courses, and materials that align with the company's goals and values, and that leverage the latest tools and technologies to enhance learning outcomes and performance. My passion for training stems from my curiosity and appreciation for how different we learn as adults from when we were younger. I use Bloom's Taxonomy and the ADDIE model as the foundation of my training design and delivery, ensuring that the content is relevant, meaningful, and measurable for the learners.
