Experience in Business Process Outsourcing Industry mainly in Project Delivery, Service Delivery and Operations in the travel and e-commerce accounts. Currently, heads the overall service delivery operations for a client account in Japan ~ e-commerce retail customer service and technical support, handling several lines of business; a point of accountability for a specific client program and a dedicated key contact for existing and new opportunities. Responsible for decisions concerning operational strategies and tactics as well as decisions concerning investments in the program requested by the client or the executive team. The role requires building relationships with client and requires engagement at an executive level. Manages critical scopes in operations including the overall revenue and gross margin goals of programs, and responsible for engagement with management partners in cross-functional areas to ensure operational delivery achieves contractual outcomes.
