As a certified professional in M&A integration (CPMI), I drive and facilitate high-impact initiatives for post-merger planning and execution across a fast-paced environment. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University and a background in Sociology and Organizational Development from Kennesaw State University. For over 10 years, I have led large teams across multiple organizations and countries, as the Integration Office Manager at Assurant, a Fortune 300 company providing risk management solutions. I have completed domestic and international integrations that touch all functional areas, such as Corporate Risks, Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Business Operations, and IT. I have also supported strategic planning for separating businesses and assets as part of divestitures/carve-outs. I aim to enable the strategic growth and transformation of Assurant and its clients through effective and efficient M&A integration. I value all perspectives, build relationships, and demonstrate that cross-functional teams can work together to execute integration projects successfully by maintaining high levels of integrity and urgency.
