This includes direct and successfully dealing with the ombudsman for short-term insurance and the Council for Medical Schemes.I am multi-skilled, highly motivated and a team player. in this I am very comfortable and with a proven track record of operating autonomously.I hold a technical qualification in the mechanical engineering field and a call centre operations management diploma.My experience includes, but not limited to claims management, end to end claims administration and customer relationship management. I have excellent fraud detection, prevention, investigation and recovery successes record. in my most recent role I uncovered a multimillion dollar crime syndicate and spearheaded a cross border investigation in both Europe and Northern Africa. I yielded excellent results and unimaginable savings relative to current and future losses.
