Over the past 6+ years at CrowdChange, I’ve worn a lot of hats — from building deep, long-term relationships with our top partners to guiding product development that actually solves their real-world challenges.As VP of Partner Success & Product Development, I’ve had the unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of customer needs and platform evolution. I lead our Partner Success team (which I’ve grown from 3 to 10 people), and I work closely with clients, developers, and leadership to ensure what we’re building aligns with what our partners actually need.My sweet spot is building trust with high-level stakeholders — understanding their goals, translating them into action, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. I’m just as comfortable in a strategy call with a major foundation as I am deep in a product conversation with our dev team.A few things I focus on: • Developing and maintaining strong, executive-level partner relationships • Acting as a bridge between clients and our product team • Driving adoption of new features through thoughtful rollout and training • Building scalable processes and tools for our team as we grow • Representing the voice of the customer in every internal decisionI love working in environments where I can be hands-on, solve real problems, and build meaningful relationships that last.
