I manage a variety of high-profile BIM projects and help lead the Design Teams to BIM compliance • I have invested time in learning IFC requirements and reform IfcParameter processes within the company • I have developed processes for populating models with COBie and Ifc Data • I have developed my understanding of BIM frameworks, such as Department for Education Projects • I lead design coordination workshops for the design team, completing regular checks in a variety of Clash Detection software • I have educated companies on the differences ISO 19650 brings to BIM processes, to help them become compliant with new requirements • I project manage my time efficiently and help others to maximise their working time • I have been a part of developing the services of our company and ensuring our delivery is meaningful to our customers • I have initiated changes to our company through honest feedback and meaningful solutions • I have led Contractors through the journey of a BIM project, supporting through design coordination and information management roles • I have discerned the needs of companies within the Construction Industry and given them the direction and training they need to become more comfortable with their BIM deliverables • I have been able to perform well under pressure and support my colleagues and customers in the best possible way • I take advantage of opportunities to help others and meet their needs • I volunteer time outside of work to offer what I can in the local area, including organising events for community meet ups and performing music for elderly couples • I check up on colleagues to ensure their workload and emotional health is healthy, and spend time with them when they need support • I use personal time to grow my understanding of Construction in the modern world, and the ways in which we can better our future on the planet • I am a huge advocate for Renewable Energy and Greener living, and believe it is the key to improving the wellbeing of all people • I practice language skills when I visit places, so that I don’t just rely on locals to understand me • I have spent over 15 years working on my public speaking and presenting skills, turning something I once struggled with into something I enjoy doing and seek out opportunities to improve • I love Go Karting and Formula One. I hope one of my kids becomes the next F1 champion…
