During that time, I’ve consistently closed high value deals, led and trained top-performing teams, and helped hundreds of homeowners make smarter energy choices that improve both their homes and their financial outlooks. What drives me most is connection, building trust quickly, understanding people’s real motivations, and guiding them toward confident decisions. My approach blends emotional intelligence with consultative selling, and it’s helped me become one of the top sales performers in my market year after year. Before sales, I spent several years in hospitality leadership, working with some of the most recognized luxury brands in the world, including Marriott and Waldorf Astoria. There, I learned how to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage diverse teams, and thrive in high pressure environments. From opening a flagship dual-brand hotel in D.C. to mentoring international seasonal teams at ski resorts, those experiences sharpened my leadership, communication, and coaching skills, traits that now define my success in sales.
